HOW IT WORKS
I've created 20 tried and tested DELICIOUS salad and dressing recipes that I know hold up for 5 days at a time when correctly layered in mason jars.
Each week, you will make 5 simple salads on Sunday for the week ahead and store them in the refrigerator. You will eat 1 salad per day for 5 weekdays (Monday-Friday). The salads are nutritionally balanced enough to eat as a meal on their own, but if you wish to add to another meal, you can. NOTE: You will also be eating your other regular meals, just adding a salad into your day.
The exciting part of this program is that there is only one prep day per week (it shouldn't take more than 2 hours) and then you are set up for a week of delicious salads. You simple take your salad out of the fridge, eat it right out of the jar or pour into a bowl, if you wish, and enjoy.
