Forego your breakfast bowl and use fruit instead! This is a fun and delicious way to use papayas as a vessel for your breakfast with so many topping options!
Load your papaya with yogurt and top it with seeds or any superfoods, such as chia seeds, cacao nibs, goji berries, sunflower seeds, pumpkin seeds and/or coconut for added texture and nutrition. You can even pour your overnight oats or yogurt and granola in the bowl. The possibilities are endless!
Papayas are anti-inflammatory and loaded with nutrients such as fiber, potassium and vitamins A, B and C.
If the rich tropical taste and the health perks of papaya don’t win you over, you can try cantaloupe instead!
